BTSCF Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update

UPDATE - 5/31/2020: Please follow this link for the most up to date information.

UPDATE - 5/12/2020: You may have begun seeing counties, regions, and states starting their re-opening process. You may also be seeing other gyms and CrossFit Affiliates in other parts of the country opening their doors again. While this is exciting, we will continue to follow the mandates from our state and local governments. We are working on a plan for re-opening and the mitigation steps that will be implemented. Please follow us on social media to stay up to date, and do not hesitate to call or email with any questions.

UPDATE - 3/30/2020: As we continue to monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and look to implement best practices, we will be extending our closure until 4/13/2020. Please stay tuned for updates. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, email, or social media.

March 16, 2020: First off, we want to thank everyone who has remained committed to BTS during these difficult times. Many of you have informed us that you will not be suspending your memberships and that means more to us than we could ever express. As a small business, we rely on your dedicated support.

In an effort to align with current government mandates, mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and keep everyone safe and healthy, BTS will be closing it’s doors for 2 weeks.

That being said, we understand how important it is to prioritize your health and continue your training. We are currently planning the following:

1. A curbside pick-up of equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes) to be borrowed for those who are in need. Two pick-up times: Tuesday, 3/17 @ 9:30 am & 4:30 pm. First come, first serve basis. Equipment will be signed out. If you can’t make those times, send us a DM.
2. Daily video home gym workouts on social media. Stay tuned for more info.
3. Home gym workouts will be posted in SugarWOD and you are encouraged to log your results.

Feelings of stress, anxiety and isolation are high right now and it’s important that we stick together as a community and raise each other up during these uncomfortable times. We will continue to plan more safe ways to stay connected and please feel free to message, call, ask questions and/or reach out, anytime.

Thank you again for your unwavering support. It means the world to us and we will continue to update you with more information as it becomes available. Please continue to be healthy and make smart decisions. These challenging situations can change our routines but there is nothing we do better than adapting to what life throws at us. Nothing can take away the connections we have to each other.

Stay strong and we love you all!

Mike & Heather
