BTSCF COVID-19 Updates & Protocols (Yellow Phase)

Yellow Post4.jpg

Pike County has now moved to Yellow which allows us to update the way we have been working out.

We will continue to offer Zoom classes at 9:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday-Friday, and 9:30 am on weekends.  The 9:30 am classes will be on Facebook Live in our member group as well.  We will also be offering OUTDOOR pop up classes at the gym during these times.  If we are offering one of these classes, there will be no zoom during that time.

Outdoor Pop-Up Classes:

  • These classes will be announced a day or two in advance.

  • They will be held in the parking lot at the gym.

  • The use of the inside gym space will be prohibited.

  • These classes will be limited to 25 participants.

  • For the safety of everyone, children of members are not permitted to attend classes at this time.

What you will need to do to attend a class:

  • You will be required to reserve your spot in the Zen Planner Member  App.  (If you don’t have the Zen Planner Member App, please check our FB Member Group for instructions on how to download the app and use the password reset feature to create an account.)

  • You will be required to bring your own equipment.  Sharing equipment will be prohibited.

  • You must practice physical distancing.

  • Upon arrival, you must confirm that you are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Zen Planner:

We ask that you reserve your spot in advance for all classes you plan to attend, whether it is on Zoom or an in person Pop-Up.

Moving Forward:

We are finalizing protocols and procedures for once we are cleared for official reopening when Pike County moves from Yellow to Green.  Topics we will be covering and communicating shortly will include:

  • An update on our cleaning procedures of the gym space and equipment.

  • Return of borrowed equipment

  • Indoor Capacity Limits

  • Revised Class Schedule

  • Entry & Exit Protocols

  • Physical distancing and dedicated workout space.

  • Equipment clean up within workout space.

Please stay tuned for future announcements.
