Memorial Day Murph

We will remember US Navy Seal Michael P. Murphy and all of the other heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country as we complete “Murph.” This Hero workout consists of a 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats, and another 1 Mile Run.

We will have classes at 8am, 9am, and 10am on Memorial Day. There will be no evening classes.

After the final class finishes the workout, we will fire up the grill and host a BBQ.
