BTSCF Newsletter - December 2022
As we put a wrap on 2022, we have so many things to look forward to in 2023. As we look back though, it’s amazing to see how far things can go in a year. As we closed out 2021, we were opening our doors in our new Port Jervis location. Keep an eye out on our social media accounts as we revisit moments from the past year.
BTSCF Nutrition Seminar
We hope that you find any time of the year to be an opportunity to reset and recalibrate your habits for improved health and fitness. That said we get it, there’s something about a new year that can get you thinking about your nutrition. We want to help you on your journey. We will be hosting a nutrition seminar on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11am. The seminar is free for all members and is a great opportunity to learn about the basics of nutrition. We hope to see everyone there.
BTSCF Annual Holiday Party
We absolutely love our holiday party tradition. We look forward to hosting this party all year. Thank you to everyone who joined us, we hope you had fun. For the second time we also had a White Elephant Gift Exchange during the party. It’s always a great time when the gifts start getting stolen. Hopefully next year’s party will be even bigger!
Another holiday tradition we love is the “12 Days of CrossFit” workout. Great job to everyone who tackled this workout!
2023 CrossFit Open
It’s Open Season!! The CrossFit Open will be here before we know it. If you’d like to sign up, you can visit the CrossFit Games website.
We will be hosting Friday Night Lights each week during the open, beginning at 4:30pm.
