It doesn’t matter if you’re the type of person who geeks out on music or if you’re just a casual listener. When it comes to a workout, we all have those songs or playlists that either fire us up or help provide focus to tackle the challenge at hand. We asked two of our BTSCF Members for their lists of songs to blast during your next workout.
Peter Smith who is also a musician recommends a broad range of tunes. It doesn’t have to be loud or heavy, it just has to have a good beat and rhythm to help guide the workout’s tempo. Here are some of his picks:
