The new year has started off with with a number of new things at BTSCF. Check out what’s happening this month!
The New Look of Committed Club
The 2025 Committed Club is bringing new challenges and fun!
Monthly Committed Club: We are reducing the number of check-in’s needed to make the Committed Club. Check-in to classes 15+ times in the month to join the club. Everyone will get new stickers and entry into the drawing for the $50 gift certificate prize!
Quarterly Committed Club: Join the Committed Club in all three months of each quarter to be entered into a prize drawing. The quarterly winner will get to write a workout for the whole gym to do! Miss a month? No problem, just get back to it and join the club in the next quarter.
2025 Year Committed Club: Missing the Committed Club in one month by a day or two shouldn’t undo the effort and dedication for the rest of the year. New this year, check-in 208+ days in the year to join the 2025 Committed Club and get an EXCLUSIVE Committed Club T-Shirt!
GOAT DAYS
Join us every Sunday at 11am beginning on January 25, 2025 for Goat Day, up to The Open!
Goat Day is a 1 hour class where you choose the movements you'll do. Pick two movements that you want to work on and your coach will help you with the right variations and reps for you. You'll then complete a 20 minute workout, alternating the two movements every minute.
These classes will be coach led and completely customized to you.
The 2025 CrossFit Games Open
It’s that time of year again! The Open is coming and we are so excited for this year’s BTSCF Community Open!
We have some big updates for this year! First, let’s talk about teams. In the past, we have had 4 teams, each with a coach as a captain. This year, YOU will get to choose your team. There will be 4 members per team. Once you form your team, come up with a fun team name and you’re all set to earn points throughout the Open.
We also have a completely new scoring system! Here’s how you can earn points for your team:
Attend 4 classes from Saturday through Friday each week of the open. You will earn 5 points for your team. (The Open Weeks will begin on Saturdays 2/22, 3/1, and 3/8.) CrossFit At Home Class workouts count as well.
Complete the Open workout during ANY class on Fridays (2/28, 3/7, and 3/14) to earn 5 points for your team.
Attend Friday Night Lights (to workout or spectate) and earn 5 points for your team.
Week 3 Team Theme - Choose a team uniform or theme to wear during your workout, it can be anything you choose and your whole team will earn 15 points. During the Open-Closed After Party, everyone in the gym will vote on the team with the best theme and execution. The team that wins the vote will earn an additional 15 points!
Spirit of the Open Points - The team that demonstrates the best spirit throughout the Open will earn 15 points. Additionally, one male and one female will be chosen as Sprit of the Open winners, both earning 10 points for their team.
At the end of the last heat in Week 3, we will have our Annual Open-Closed After Party! We hope to see you there, it's always so much fun hanging out and celebrating everyone's Open wins!
